I’m a mere dot on a centuries long continuum of makers who form bits of metal and stone to adorn the human body. I don’t have a degree in art history and haven’t slogged through the rigours of a jewellery making school (I chose interior design instead) so don’t take anything I say too seriously. I know something about making jewellery using my own hands though. The purpose of this blog is to share the work of many highly skilled and talented others who inspire me to learn more and, once in a while, try new things. And because I’ve never understood the point of simply regurgitating the amazing efforts of others, I’ll also show you some of my own work, both successful and not even close. Thank you for joining me somewhere on the continuum.
